Goal: ensuring the integration of IDPs into new communities, promoting dialogue and mutual understanding between IDPs and host communities.
Objectives:
• Identify long-term plans and needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs) as well as challenges and issues of local integration
• Identify gender differences in integrating IDPs and engage internally displaced women into social cohesion and reconciliation initiatives
• Provide IDPs with knowledge, skills and any other support necessary to effectively implement these initiatives
Target audience: internally displaced persons living in Vinnytsia, Kyiv and Luhansk oblasts.
Donors: Supported by the United States Institute of Peace and Global Fund for Women.
